UPDATE: MISSHA 7 DAY HAIR COLOR

Image
Today is the day I finally do an update on 'Missha's 7 Days Coloring Hair Treatment'! To recap what this product is, it's a 7 day wash out hair dye that comes in 6 colors, you leave it on for a while, wash off, and boom! Beautiful hair! But how long did it last for me?? If you haven't seen my video yet click here! Since I don't wash my hair daily (probably every 3 days) the color lasted for quite some time! I noticed after the third wash no more pink dye was being rinsed out, but my hair was still staining my towel. This isn't a big deal if you use a hair wrap towel like I do, since no one looks inside the towel. My hair started looking dull around the 4th wash, but you could still tell there was some type of reddish pink dye left in my hair, it wasn't until the 8th or 9th wash when I realized the dye was completely out of my hair and not staining my towel. But it did stain my hair to an orange red, my hair was a orange caramel (not the kpop g

HOW TO KEEP YOUR SKIN CLEAR + BLEMISH FREE!

Image
Nothing sucks more than waking up and finding a huge blemish on your face! I always get tons of compliments on how clear my skin is, but when it does breakout I kinda feel like a completely different person. Today I'm going to share some of my tips on how I keep my skin clear, and what I do when a pesky blemish pops up!   I added a bonus tip to this list because I couldn't leave out one good tip! 1. Wash your face with warm to hot water, and when rinsing use cold water; This helps open the pores and get all of that gunk/ dirt out that causes breakouts, then the cold water closes it. 2. Using products that are formulated without Parabens, Sulfates,Phthalates, and fragrances!  These ingredients will cause breakouts and damage your skin over time, products without fragrance are sometimes hard to find but worth it! 3. FACE MASKS  😍 You can use sheet masks, peel off masks, sleeping masks, or wash off masks... there's a ton! Using these can help by providing nu

TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT WHILE TYPE 1 DIABETIC

Hi Everyone! Yesterday I posted all about how I'm trying to lose weight and start a healthy lifestyle ( read here ), and today's post is going to be all about the struggles to achieve this goals of mine& how I will try to over come them. So I've been diabetic 14 years now, and I still have my struggles, if you can relate please leave comments!   My Struggles Feeling hungry even after eating; this is because artificial insulin actually makes the body hungrier!  Combating low blood levels when working out; taking glucose tabs isn't going to help me lose any weight -_- Keeping the weight off; I have fluctuated for years now     Since insulin makes me feel hungry it's hard to not fall into a food binge! So instead of doing what a lot of bad diabetics do (taking less insulin then they should), I've been taking my insulin about 20-30 minutes before eating instead of the 10-15 min recommendation. How does this help me? I feel as if waiting longer help

STARTING MY JOURNEY: WEIGHT LOSS & HEALTHY LIVING

Hi everyone! Lately I've been slacking a lot on my blog, and YouTube, Why? Because I'm trying to start my life how I've always envisioned it. Several things in the past 5ish years have made me become unhealthy, and just sad. I've been trying to start a new lifestyle change off and on for a few months now and today is the day I'm starting it and not ending it. I need my life to be full of positivity and happiness; one thing I can control right now is my weight loss and healthy eating journey! The rest will come to me soon (wait for that post or vlog!)   Now I've never been a small girl, I like myself with some meat on my bones and wouldn't have it any other way! However I just have a bit too much meat ... fat ... on these bones right now! Here are my goals and my game plan!   Please note I am a Type 1 Diabetic (genetic; diagnosed at 8 or 9 y/o). Goals Lose about 50lbs (22kg), or until I feel satisfied. Tone my body. Eat a low carb diet with mini
